The Brief: To elevate street-food and well known product class into the sphere of Artisanal (Artigianale). A unique set of characteristics are the imported wood fire stove and the caputo flour used.

The Target Consumer: A quick dietary solution for the busy person, who does not want to compromise their health nor their palette, through the well thought of and seductive taste combinations ranging from the Mediterranean area.

The Creative Concept: Throughout the restaurant and the designed material (sous-plats, menus, the under construction site and on-the-wall menu), one can see a rich contrast between the colours and the blackboard, highlighting the uniqueness of the preparation, the cooking method and the restaurant concept.
